Samsung Galaxy A25 5G is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20, with a 79.9 score against 79.5. Samsung Galaxy A25 5G is a just a little heavier phone than Huawei Mate 20, but they have the same thickness. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G has the older 14 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a much more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Galaxy A25 5G features a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy A25 5G also has a bit better pixels density, a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a quite brighter screen.
The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G captures much better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller camera sensor which gives a lower photo and video quality, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G also counts with a back-facing camera with a way better 50 megapixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy A25 5G features a way bigger storage to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
