The Galaxy A25 5G features a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy A25 5G also has a bit better pixels density, a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a quite brighter screen.
The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G captures much better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller camera sensor which gives a lower photo and video quality, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G also counts with a back-facing camera with a way better 50 megapixels resolution.
