Comparison review
Xperia 5 III is better than the Galaxy A25 5G, getting a 90.5 score against 79.9. Xperia 5 III is an noticeably older phone than the Galaxy A25 5G, but Sony managed to make it lighter and just a little thinner anyway. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 5 III has an older 11 version while Galaxy A25 5G has Android 14.
Galaxy A25 5G features a bit more vivid screen than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a bit less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a bit bigger display. Xperia 5 III counts with a very superior CPU than Galaxy A25 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 5 III also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy A25 5G has a bit better camera than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rates, a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light photos and a lot smaller camera sensor offering a much worse image quality, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy A25 5G also counts with a back facing camera with much more MP.
Xperia 5 III has a very superior memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, and although they both have an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB, the Xperia 5 III also has more internal memory. Galaxy A25 5G counts with a bit longer battery life than Sony Xperia 5 III, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
