Xiaomi 14T is just a bit better than Galaxy A25 5G, having an 83.7 score against 79.9. The Xiaomi 14T construction is newer, a little bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than Galaxy A25 5G. Both of these phones come with the same Android 14 operating system. The Xiaomi 14T features just a little better performance than Galaxy A25 5G, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi 14T also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
