Huawei Mate X has a general score of 89.4, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy A25's global score of 74.3. Both devices in this review come with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate X has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy A25 has Android 14, so it gives a couple nice extra features. Even being the best we compare here, Huawei Mate X's design is incredibly heavier and way thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A25.
The Huawei Mate X counts with a much greater processing power than Galaxy A25, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate X also has a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy A25 has a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate X, although it has a way worse 1080 x 2340px resolution, a just a bit inferior pixels amount per inch of screen and a little bit smaller screen.
Samsung Galaxy A25 shoots a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy A25 also has a higher resolution back facing camera. The Huawei Mate X features a bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy A25, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
Galaxy A25 has just a bit longer battery life than Huawei Mate X, because it has an 11% larger battery size.
