Motorola Moto G51 5G is just a bit better than Galaxy A25, getting a 77.8 score against 74.3. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Moto G51 5G has the older 11 version while Galaxy A25 has Android 14. Although it's the best in this comparison review, Motorola Moto G51 5G's construction is a bit thicker and a bit heavier than the Galaxy A25.

Moto G51 5G has a better camera than Galaxy A25. Both of them have the same aperture and a 50 mega-pixels resolution camera. Samsung Galaxy A25 counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Moto G51 5G, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB and more internal memory capacity.
