The Sony Xperia 1 has a global score of 82.6, which is a bit better than Galaxy A30's 79.6 overall score. Although the Sony Xperia 1 is better than Galaxy A30, we must tell that it's also just a little heavier and a little bit thicker. The Sony Xperia 1 has a little better performance than Galaxy A30, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.

Sony Xperia 1 has a much better display than Galaxy A30, because it has a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution, a lot better pixels quantity per inch of screen and a little bigger screen. The Xperia 1 has a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy A30, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB, the Xperia 1 also has 64 GB more internal storage.

The Galaxy A30 features superior battery life than Xperia 1, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3330mAh. The Xperia 1 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy A30, because although it has a much less mega-pixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture, a larger back camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photographs and a way better (4K) video resolution.
