Xperia 1 III is much better than Samsung Galaxy A30, having a score of 93.3 against 79.6. Xperia 1 III's construction is way newer, but a little thicker and somewhat heavier than Samsung Galaxy A30. The Xperia 1 III features a much better display than Galaxy A30, because it has a little larger screen, a lot higher screen pixels density and a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px.
The Xperia 1 III has a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A30, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Xperia 1 III has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A30, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM.
Sony Xperia 1 III shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A30, because although it has a lot worse resolution back-facing camera, and they both have a F1.7 diafragm aperture, the Sony Xperia 1 III also counts with a way bigger back camera sensor taking way better quality photos and videos and a way higher video resolution.
