The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro features a little more vivid display than Galaxy A30, because it has a little bigger screen, a better 2080 x 2400 resolution and a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen.
Galaxy A30 has a greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro features a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy A30, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro also has more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy A30, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a much more MP back-facing camera.
