Comparison review
Galaxy A30 is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, getting a 79.6 score against 75.8. The Galaxy A30 construction is newer, a little bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a display that is just as good as the display in Galaxy A30, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a bit inferior quantity of pixels per inch of screen, a quite lower 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little bit smaller display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A30, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro also has more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy A30 takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A30 also has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a way larger aperture for better low light photos.
The Samsung Galaxy A30 has a greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A30 also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's battery duration is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy A30 one.
