Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A30 is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, with a global score of 79.6 against 77.2. Even though the Samsung Galaxy A30 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro were released with only 3 months difference, the Samsung Galaxy A30 is just a little bit lighter and just a little bit thinner.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy A30, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a little bit better screen than Galaxy A30, although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, a bit smaller display and a little lower 1080 x 2280 resolution.
Galaxy A30 has just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because although it has a tinier sensor taking less light and duller colors, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A30 also counts with a much higher resolution back facing camera and a larger aperture to capture better low-light photos and video.
Galaxy A30 has a little bit better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy A30 also has an external SD slot that admits up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a battery performance that's very similar to the battery duration in Galaxy A30.
