Samsung Galaxy A30 has an overall score of 79.6, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's global score of 76.6. The Samsung Galaxy A30 design is lighter and thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, despite of the fact that it was released about a year before. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a little faster CPU than Galaxy A30, although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a screen that's just as good as Samsung Galaxy A30's screen, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a bit lower display density, and they both have the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a little bit bigger display. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a superior camera than Galaxy A30, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for shooting photos and video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a lot bigger sensor taking lot higher quality pictures and videos.
Samsung Galaxy A30 counts with a bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A30 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with improved battery performance than Galaxy A30, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
