Comparison review
Galaxy A30s is a bit better than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, getting a score of 79.8 against 79.2. The Galaxy A30s is a newer device, and it is also just a little thinner and a little lighter than Huawei Mate 10 Pro. Huawei Mate 10 Pro has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A30s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a sharper screen than Galaxy A30s, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel count per inch in the screen and a way higher 1080 x 2160 resolution. Galaxy A30s and Huawei Mate 10 Pro count with quite similar cameras, because although the Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a way worse 12 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a larger aperture for better photography and videos in low-light environments and a way higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy A30s counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A30s also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro's battery life is very similar to the battery lifetime in Samsung Galaxy A30s.
