Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A31 has a global score of 81.3, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy A30s's 79.8 overall score. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy A31 has older 10 version while Galaxy A30s has Android 11 version. Even being the best device we are comparing here, it must be told that it is also heavier and thicker.
Galaxy A31 has a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A30s, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy A31 also has a lot better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a much greater pixels amount per inch of display. Galaxy A30s has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy A31, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 512 GB, the Galaxy A30s also has 128 GB internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy A31 has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A30s. They have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core CPU. The Galaxy A31 shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy A30s, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low-light photography, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Galaxy A31 also counts with a back facing camera with much more megapixels.
The Galaxy A31 features greater battery life than Samsung Galaxy A30s, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
