Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A31 is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3a XL, getting an 81.3 score against 78.9. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A31 has an older 10 version and Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11. Although Samsung Galaxy A31 is newer than the Google Pixel 3a XL, it's just a bit heavier and just a bit thicker.
The Google Pixel 3a XL has a processing unit that is very similar to the processor in Samsung Galaxy A31, they have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM amount. Galaxy A31 counts with a little sharper screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a just a little more pixels per display inch, a little bit larger screen and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution.
The Galaxy A31 counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy A31 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A31 has longer battery performance than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy A31 takes better photographs and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A31 also counts with a lot bigger sensor capturing way better quality photographs and a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
