Comparison review
The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A31, getting an 85.9 score against 81.3. Even though Huawei P30 Pro New Edition and the Samsung Galaxy A31 were only released with a couple of months difference, Huawei P30 Pro New Edition's design is a bit heavier but also a little thinner. These phones have the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both of them should provide the user very similar operating system features.
Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has a screen that's just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A31 one, because although the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a just a little worse screen pixel density, it also counts with a quite bigger display. The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition counts with a greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A31, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A31, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy A31 has greater battery performance than Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.
The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy A31, because although it has a worse resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture, a way better video definition and a larger camera sensor providing a better image quality.
