Comparison review
LG G8X ThinQ is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A31, getting an 82.7 score against 81.3. These phones work with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features. The LG G8X ThinQ construction is a little heavier but just a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy A31, and they were released only a couple of months apart.
LG G8X ThinQ features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy A31, although it has a just a bit less pixels per screen inch and a bit worse 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, they both have a screen with the same size. LG G8X ThinQ counts with a much greater storage to install applications and games than Galaxy A31, because it has 128 GB internal memory and an external memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
LG G8X ThinQ features a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A31, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy A31 captures just a bit better photos and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Galaxy A31 also counts with a back facing camera with a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution and a way larger back camera sensor capturing way better quality videos and photos.
Galaxy A31 has superior battery duration than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
