The Samsung Galaxy A31 has a global score of 81.3, which is slightly better than Galaxy A30s's overall score of 79.8. Although it's the best in this comparison review, the Samsung Galaxy A31 is a thicker and heavier cellphone than the Galaxy A30s. These phones work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A31 has the previous 10 version and Galaxy A30s has Android 11 version.

Galaxy A31 features a much better looking screen than Galaxy A30s, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy A31 also has a much higher pixel quantity per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1080 x 2400. The Samsung Galaxy A30s has a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy A31, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy A30s also has 64 GB more internal storage capacity.

Samsung Galaxy A31 features a little bit better performance than Galaxy A30s. Both have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. Galaxy A31 takes much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A30s, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for taking photos and videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy A31 also counts with a way more mega pixels camera in the back.

Galaxy A31 counts with superior battery lifetime than Galaxy A30s, because it has a 25 percent more battery capacity.
