Comparison review
The Galaxy A31 has a general score of 81.3, which is a bit better than the Galaxy A40's general score of 79.6. Even though the Galaxy A31 is newer than the Galaxy A40, it is extremely heavier and just a bit thicker. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A31 has an older 10 version and Galaxy A40 has Android 11.
Galaxy A31 has a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A40. Both of them have 8 processing cores and a 4 GB RAM. The Galaxy A40 features a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy A31, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, it also counts with a quite greater pixel density.
Galaxy A31 and Samsung Galaxy A40 have incredibly similar memory capacity for games and applications, both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB and equal 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy A31 counts with a really longer battery duration than Galaxy A40, because it has a 61% more battery size.
