Galaxy A50 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A31, with a global score of 83.8 against 81.3. The Galaxy A50 design is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy A31, even though it was released a little bit over a year before. Samsung Galaxy A31 and Galaxy A50 count with quite similar screens, and although the Galaxy A50 has a quite lower display pixels density and a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, they both have a display with the same size.
Galaxy A50 features a superior memory to install games and applications than Galaxy A31, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 512 GB, the Galaxy A50 also has 64 GB more internal storage. The Galaxy A50 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy A31. Both have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores.
The Samsung Galaxy A31 has greater battery lifetime than Galaxy A50, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A31 features a little bit better camera than Galaxy A50, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A31 also counts with a much larger back camera sensor which gives a way better image and video quality and a way more mega-pixels back facing camera.
