The Samsung Galaxy M33 is slightly better than the Galaxy A31, getting a score of 86.3 against 81.3. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy M33 has newer 12 version and Galaxy A31 has Android 10 version, so it gives you some extra features and increased performance. Samsung Galaxy M33's construction is just a bit heavier and a little bit thicker than the Galaxy A31.
