The Galaxy S21 has an overall score of 91.8, which is much better than the Galaxy A32 LTE Only's score of 82. Both of these devices use the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so both should provide you all the same OS features. The Galaxy S21 has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy A32 LTE Only, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S21 also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy S21 counts with just a bit better display than Galaxy A32 LTE Only, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Galaxy S21 also counts with much more brightness and a bit higher count of pixels in each screen inch.
