Comparison review
Galaxy A42 is better than Galaxy A33 5G, with a general score of 87 against 77.8. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS, but the Galaxy A42 has an older 11 version while Galaxy A33 5G has Android 12 version. Even being the best cellphone we are comparing here, it must be told that it is also an older, a bit heavier and a bit thicker cellphone.
Galaxy A42 features a much faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A33 5G, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Galaxy A33 5G counts with a bit better screen than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way higher pixel quantity per inch of screen and a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
Galaxy A42 features a much better camera than Galaxy A33 5G. Both of them have a same size aperture and a same resolution back facing camera. The Galaxy A33 5G has just a bit bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy A42, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A33 5G also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
The Galaxy A42 features a battery performance that's very similar to the battery performance in Galaxy A33 5G.
