IPhone SE (2020) is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A40, with a score of 81.5 against 79.6. IPhone SE (2020) is a newer and just a bit thinner phone than Samsung Galaxy A40, but it is also a little bit heavier. IPhone SE (2020) counts with iOS 15.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy A40 counts with Android 11 operating system.
IPhone SE (2020) has a superior CPU than Galaxy A40, because although it has a lower number of cores and 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU. IPhone SE (2020) has a screen that's very similar to the screen in Galaxy A40, although the iPhone SE (2020) has a way lower pixels density, a much smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 750 x 1334.
Apple iPhone SE (2020) has just a bit better camera than Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking less light and washed colors, a camera in the back with a lot lower resolution and a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting images and videos in low light situations, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
