Comparison review

LG V40 ThinQ is just a bit better than the Galaxy A40, with an 81.2 score against 79.6. Both of these devices use Android OS, but LG V40 ThinQ has an older 10 version and Galaxy A40 has Android 11. Even though LG V40 ThinQ and Galaxy A40 were only released with a couple months difference, LG V40 ThinQ's construction is just a bit thinner but somewhat heavier.

The LG V40 ThinQ features a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a little larger display, a just a little better amount of pixels in each display inch and a better 1440 x 3120px resolution. LG V40 ThinQ features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a greater amount of RAM.

The LG V40 ThinQ takes clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A40, because although it has a way less megapixels camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better low light captures and video, a much higher (4K) video resolution and a bigger camera sensor which gives a higher image and video quality.

The LG V40 ThinQ has a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy A40, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy A40, because it has a 3300mAh battery size.
