Galaxy A40 is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G9 Power, getting a overall score of 79.6 against 78.6. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy A40 has a more recent 11 version and Motorola Moto G9 Power has Android 10 version. The Galaxy A40 is an older cellphone than Motorola Moto G9 Power, but it is way lighter and thinner anyway.
