Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A51 5G is better than the Galaxy A40, with a 90.8 score against 79.6. Both of these devices have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so they should give you all the same OS features. Although Samsung Galaxy A51 5G is newer than Galaxy A40, it's just a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy A40 has a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A51 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen and a quite lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the screen. The Galaxy A51 5G counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Galaxy A51 5G features a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A40, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy A51 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy A51 5G takes way better photos and videos than Galaxy A40, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low-light images, it also counts with a much higher video resolution, a back camera with a much better resolution and a way larger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality photos.
