Comparison review
The Galaxy Fold has a global score of 97.6, which is much better than Galaxy A40's 79.6 overall score. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy A40 has Android 11. Even though Galaxy Fold and the Galaxy A40 were released only a couple months apart, the Galaxy Fold design is much heavier but somewhat thinner.
The Galaxy A40 counts with just a bit better looking display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2340px resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater pixel count per display inch. Galaxy Fold counts with a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A40, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Fold counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a back facing camera with way less megapixels resolution, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a bigger aperture and a bigger back camera sensor. Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a much better memory to install games and applications than Galaxy A40, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
