Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 4 is a little bit better than Galaxy A40, with an 81.6 score against 79.6. Even being the best in our current comparison, the Galaxy Note 4 is a way older, a little thicker and a lot heavier cellphone than the Galaxy A40. Both phones in this comparison come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 4 has the previous 5.0 version and Galaxy A40 has Android 11.

The Galaxy Note 4 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy A40, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor. The Galaxy Note 4 has a better display than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little better screen pixel density.

The Galaxy Note 4 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy A40, because although it has a way smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting images or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have a same resolution back camera, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a way higher video quality and a bigger camera sensor taking better quality videos and photos.

Galaxy A40 features a way bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has 64 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB.
