Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note5 is a little bit better than the Galaxy A40, getting a overall score of 80.2 against 79.6. Samsung Galaxy Note5 is a notably older and heavier cellphone than the Galaxy A40, but Samsung was able to build it just a bit thinner anyway. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 has a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a just a bit better pixels number per inch in the display.
The Galaxy Note5 has a bit faster processor than Galaxy A40. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit. The Galaxy A40 counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A40 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy A40 features a little better battery life than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 3 percent greater battery size. Galaxy Note5 captures slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have a same resolution back camera, the Galaxy Note5 also counts with a bigger camera sensor providing a higher image quality and a way better video resolution.
