Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 is just a bit better than Xperia XZs, with a general score of 79.6 against 77.2. The Galaxy A40 design is newer, somewhat lighter and a little thinner than the Xperia XZs. The Sony Xperia XZs has a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A40, although it has an inferior number of cores , they both have 4 GB of RAM memory.
Galaxy A40 has just a bit better looking screen than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a bit larger screen, a little bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen. The Xperia XZs shoots greater videos and photos than Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low light images and video, it also counts with a much higher (4K) video quality, a back camera with more megapixels and a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Samsung Galaxy A40 counts with much more storage capacity to install games and applications than Xperia XZs, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 32 GB more internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy A40 counts with a bit better battery life than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a 7% greater battery capacity.
