Comparison review
Galaxy A40 has a score of 79.6, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M3's overall score of 78.2. Galaxy A40 is an older cellphone than Xiaomi Poco M3, but it is much lighter and thinner anyway. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy A40 has 11 version and Xiaomi Poco M3 has Android 10, offering some nice extra features and increased performance.
Xiaomi Poco M3 features a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy A40. They have a 4 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy A40 counts with a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A40 also counts with a just a little better pixel density.
The Xiaomi Poco M3's storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is very similar to the Galaxy A40 one, both of them have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Poco M3 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light captures and video, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a lot larger sensor which offers a way better image and video quality and a way more megapixels back facing camera.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a much better battery performance than Galaxy A40, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
