Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 has a general score of 79.6, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Poco X2's general score of 79.3. The Galaxy A40 is an older phone than Xiaomi Poco X2, but it is way lighter and somewhat thinner anyway. Both of these phones use the same Android 11 OS, so they should provide identical OS features.
Xiaomi Poco X2 counts with a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy A40 has a little bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Poco X2, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater display pixels density.
The Xiaomi Poco X2 features a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a tinier aperture, it also counts with a way better (4K) video quality, a much larger sensor shooting much better quality videos and photographs and a much higher 64 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera.
Galaxy A40 features a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Poco X2, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A40 also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Poco X2 has a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 3100mAh.
