Comparison review
Galaxy A40 is a little bit better than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, with a score of 79.6 against 76.7. Although Galaxy A40 is extremely older than the Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, it's body is just a little thinner and much lighter. Both devices in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A40 has an older 11 version while Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has Android 12 version.
The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G features a bit sharper display than Galaxy A40, because although it has a just a bit lower number of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a quite bigger display and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution. Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G has a way bigger memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB and more internal memory.
Galaxy A40 has a really superior processing power than Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity. The Xiaomi POCO X4 Pro 5G shoots a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy A40, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light photography and videos, it also counts with a back facing camera with way more MP.
