Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, getting a 79.6 score against 75.8. Galaxy A40 is a newer cellphone, and it is also a little thinner and way lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A40 has 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo.
Galaxy A40 features a little sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little higher pixel amount in each inch in the display and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
