The ZTE Axon 10 Pro has a general score of 80.2, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A40's general score of 79.6. ZTE Axon 10 Pro's design has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy A40, but it is extremely heavier. Both phones in this review come with Android OS, but ZTE Axon 10 Pro has the older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy A40 has Android 11.
The ZTE Axon 10 Pro has a little faster processor than Galaxy A40, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the ZTE Axon 10 Pro also has more RAM. Samsung Galaxy A40 features a bit more vivid display than ZTE Axon 10 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340px resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A40 also counts with a little bit better amount of pixels per display inch.
The ZTE Axon 10 Pro counts with a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy A40, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. ZTE Axon 10 Pro counts with better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3100mAh.
ZTE Axon 10 Pro shoots better photos and videos than Galaxy A40, and although they both have the same aperture, the ZTE Axon 10 Pro also has a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.
