The Samsung Galaxy A41 is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, having a global score of 81.7 against 79. The Samsung Galaxy A41 is a way lighter and somewhat thinner device than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, even when both of them were only released with a couple of months difference. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that.
