Comparison review
HTC One M9 has a general score of 77.7, which is slightly better than Galaxy A5 (2016)'s general score of 71.9. Even being the best we are comparing, HTC One M9's construction is older, extremely thicker and a bit heavier than the Galaxy A5 (2016). HTC One M9 counts with a quite superior performance than Galaxy A5 (2016), and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the HTC One M9 also has 1 GB more RAM, a 64-bit processing unit and an extra graphics processing unit.
HTC One M9 features a brighter display than Galaxy A5 (2016), because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, the HTC One M9 also counts with a little bit greater screen pixel density. The HTC One M9 features a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016), and although they both have an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB, the HTC One M9 also has 32 GB internal memory capacity.
The HTC One M9 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016), because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures or video in low light situations, it also counts with a lot higher (4K) video definition and a camera in the back with much more MP.
The Galaxy A5 (2016) features just a little bit longer battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has a 2900mAh battery size instead of 2840mAh.
