The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a score of 87.4, which is better than the Galaxy A5 (2017)'s general score of 75.8. Samsung Galaxy S6's construction is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy A5 (2017), despite of the fact that it was released about 21 months before. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a faster processor than Galaxy A5 (2017), and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU and 3 GB of RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a 64-bits CPU and an additional graphics processor.
The Galaxy S6 has a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better display pixels density and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. Galaxy S6 has a greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A5 (2017), because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy A5 (2017) features a bit superior battery life than Galaxy S6, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2550mAh. Samsung Galaxy S6 has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back and a same size camera aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a much higher video quality.
