Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A50 is just a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone, with an 83.8 score against 77.1. Samsung Galaxy A50's body is lighter and somewhat thinner than Asus ROG Phone, even though both of them were released only 5 months apart. Asus ROG Phone has just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone has a little more vivid display than Galaxy A50, although it has a bit less pixels per inch of display, a bit smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 2160 resolution. Galaxy A50 shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has a tinier sensor which gives a lower image and video quality and lower video frame rate, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy A50 also counts with a larger aperture to take better captures and videos in low-light environments.
Asus ROG Phone features a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. Asus ROG Phone's battery life is very similar to the battery life in Galaxy A50.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy A50 is also a lot cheaper, making it an obvious call.
