The Galaxy A50 is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone 8, getting an 83.8 score against 83. Galaxy A50's design is a little lighter and thinner than Asus ZenFone 8, despite of the fact that it was released 2 years before. The Asus ZenFone 8 has a little better performance than Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has more RAM.

The Asus ZenFone 8 features a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per screen inch and a slightly better 1080 x 2400px resolution. Samsung Galaxy A50 counts with a superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Asus ZenFone 8, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.

Asus ZenFone 8 has a battery lifetime that is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy A50 one. The Asus ZenFone 8 has a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and videos, it also counts with a lot higher resolution back-facing camera, a much higher video resolution and a much bigger camera sensor providing a way better image quality.
