Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4a 5G is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A50, getting an 87.5 score against 83.8. Google Pixel 4a 5G's design is newer than the Samsung Galaxy A50's, although it's just a little bit heavier and a little bit thicker. The Google Pixel 4a 5G has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340, the Google Pixel 4a 5G also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display.
The Galaxy A50 counts with a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 4a 5G, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy A50 also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Google Pixel 4a 5G features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Google Pixel 4a 5G also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy A50 has a bit better battery performance than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3885mAh. The Google Pixel 4a 5G has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a way less megapixels resolution back facing camera, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the Google Pixel 4a 5G also counts with a larger camera sensor and a way higher 3840x2160 video quality.
Although Google Pixel 4a 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A50. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Google Pixel 4a 5G, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy A50, letting go a couple features and specifications.
