Comparison review
Galaxy A50 is just a bit better than Huawei P20 Pro, having a overall score of 83.8 against 81.4. The Galaxy A50 construction is newer, just a little bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Huawei P20 Pro. Huawei P20 Pro features a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Huawei P20 Pro features a screen that is just as good as the display in Galaxy A50, because although the Huawei P20 Pro has a quite smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2240px, it also counts with a bit greater count of pixels per screen inch. Samsung Galaxy A50 has a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB.
Galaxy A50 and Huawei P20 Pro count with really similar battery durations. The Huawei P20 Pro counts with a better camera than Galaxy A50, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures and video in low light situations, it also counts with a back camera with a way better 40 mega pixels resolution, a much higher 3840x2160 video definition and a lot larger sensor providing a way better image quality.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Galaxy A50 is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
