Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy A50 has a general score of 83.8, which is slightly better than LG G8X ThinQ's general score of 82.7. The Samsung Galaxy A50 design is just a bit thinner and somewhat lighter than the LG G8X ThinQ, even when both were released only 8 months apart. LG G8X ThinQ features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A50. They have the same exact 1080 x 2340 resolution, the same pixel density and a display of the same size.

The LG G8X ThinQ has a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G8X ThinQ counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM.

The LG G8X ThinQ's battery life is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy A50 one. Samsung Galaxy A50 and LG G8X ThinQ feature extremely similar cameras, because although the LG G8X ThinQ has a lot less MP resolution back-facing camera and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for shooting pictures and video in low-light environments, it also counts with a larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.

Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy A50 is also cheaper, making this phone a simple decision.
