The Galaxy A42 has a global score of 87, which is a little bit better than Galaxy A50's overall score of 83.8. Although Galaxy A42 is newer than Galaxy A50, it is somewhat thicker and heavier. Galaxy A50 counts with a sharper display than Galaxy A42, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px.
The Samsung Galaxy A50 features a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy A42. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and 8 processing cores.
