Samsung Galaxy M40 is just a bit better than Galaxy A50, having a global score of 85 against 83.8. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Samsung Galaxy M40 design is a little bit thicker and just a little heavier than Galaxy A50. Samsung Galaxy A50 and Samsung Galaxy M40 count with similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy M40 has a bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels count per inch of display.
The Galaxy A50 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy M40, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores. The Samsung Galaxy M40 has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have a 0.36 inches back camera sensor and the same aperture, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also has a back-facing camera with a lot better 32 mega pixels resolution and a way better (4K) video resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy M40 features as much storage for games and applications as Samsung Galaxy A50, both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB and equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A50 has a bit superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
