The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy A50's global score of 83.8. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is newer than Samsung Galaxy A50's, but it is heavier and thicker. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little bit better screen than Galaxy A50, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a bit bigger screen and a better count of pixels per screen inch.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 8 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a way better camera than Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for low light photography and video, it also counts with a way larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photographs, a back facing camera with way more megapixels and a much higher video definition.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A50. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy A50, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
