The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a score of 98.1, which is much better than Galaxy A50's global score of 83.8. Galaxy S21 Ultra's body is newer, but thicker and a lot heavier than the Galaxy A50. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a lot better display than Samsung Galaxy A50, because it has a little bit larger screen, more pixels per inch in the display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy A50 has a way bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has a SD card slot that admits up to 512 GB. Galaxy S21 Ultra features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A50, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM.

Galaxy S21 Ultra features improved battery performance than Galaxy A50, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos and video, it also counts with a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera, a way higher video quality and a way larger back-facing camera sensor capturing much higher quality photos and videos.

Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A50. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy A50, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
