Comparison review
Galaxy A50 is slightly better than Galaxy S5, having a global score of 83.8 against 80.8. Galaxy A50's design is extremely newer and a bit thinner, but also heavier than Galaxy S5. The Galaxy S5 has a bit faster CPU than Galaxy A50, because although it has a lower number of cores and 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor.
The Galaxy S5 features a better screen than Galaxy A50, because although it has a bit worse 1920 x 1080px resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a greater quantity of pixels per screen inch. The Samsung Galaxy A50 counts with a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S5, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory.
The Galaxy A50 counts with a much longer battery life than Galaxy S5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh. Galaxy A50 captures clearer videos and photos than Galaxy S5, because although it has a smaller sensor giving a lower image quality, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Galaxy A50 also counts with a back facing camera with a much better resolution and a much larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and videos in low-light environments.
