The Galaxy S6 has a general score of 87.4, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A50's general score of 83.8. The Galaxy S6 is an older device than the Samsung Galaxy A50, but Samsung managed to build it lighter and a little thinner anyway. Galaxy S6 features a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better pixel density.

Galaxy S6 has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A50, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bit processor and a GPU. Samsung Galaxy A50 has a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.

Galaxy A50 features a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 57% more battery size. The Samsung Galaxy A50 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy S6, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor giving a worse image quality, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also counts with a larger aperture for better low-light captures and video and a lot better resolution back camera.

Samsung Galaxy S6 costs more than Samsung Galaxy A50, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
