Comparison review

The Galaxy A50 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S7, getting a general score of 83.8 against 79.5. The Galaxy A50 body is newer and a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy S7's, but it's also a bit heavier. Galaxy S7 counts with a better looking screen than Galaxy A50, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

Galaxy A50 has a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and more internal memory capacity. Galaxy A50 counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy S7, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy A50 also has a higher number of cores.

Galaxy A50 features longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S7, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy A50 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller camera sensor which offers a worse photo and video quality, and they both have the same video resolution, a same size aperture and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A50 also counts with a camera with a lot higher resolution.

Although Samsung Galaxy A50 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S7. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S7, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
